Adande announces a new dealer partnership programme for UK hospitality

Adande Refrigeration announces a new dealer partnership programme designed to deliver a range of support services to drive business growth for refrigeration equipment dealers in the UK.

The new programme called TEAM, will see participating dealers receive enhanced terms of engagement and greater day-to-day sales and marketing support from Adande, together with the opportunity to collaborate on industry campaigns. Organisations which show strong performance will be eligible for new Adande rewards which will recognise both an organisation’s, and individual’s results. A UK-wide competition will run throughout the year where the company which actually sells the most Adande drawers* can win a 4-day trip to Chicago for 2, hosted by Adande. Runners-up prizes include a dinner at a Michelin-star restaurant and a driving experience day at Silverstone race track.

To be part of the programme, dealers are expected to follow Adande’s brand representation guide, and use the company’s suite of assets, including internal and external signage, point of sale materials, as well as digital banners for websites and social media channels. They will be requested to participate in annual training, follow best practice in delivering advice and guidance to the market and continue to deliver the first-class customer service they are known for.
